Human resources management during this time of COVID has changed significantly. The COVID global outbreak has led many organizations to instruct large numbers of employees to work from home temporarily as a business continuity strategy and a form of social distancing to contain the spread of the virus. These changes are taking place worldwide and will probably last until the pandemic subsides. In Bolivia, we face a very big challenge in having to manage a productive and convenient teleworking structure very quickly and effectively.
