ADRIANA DABDOUB PAZ

Adriana Dabdoub Paz is the Founder and Principal Coach of Human Capital Advisory. She is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a passionate advocate for innovative and strength-based talent management practices. Adriana holds her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Randolph College and her master’s degree in International Commerce & Policy from George Mason University.

She also has over 16 years of global human resources experience in the international financial sector and international organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank, IDB Invest, and the International Monetary Fund. She has in-depth experience working with clients in the public sector, multilateral organizations, and private financial institutions.

Adriana is a strategic and trusted talent advisor and coach with demonstrated expertise in applied methodologies for talent management practices, performance management, human capital strategy, talent analytics, leadership development, recruitment, and selection. She has effectively worked in partnership with multidisciplinary human resources team and other functional leaders to design, develop and deliver cross-functional talent management programs. Adriana is an advocate for women entrepreneurs and encourages organizations to discover their human capital potential exploiting their own talent capabilities. She strives to empower organizations through a human centered approach to talent management.
